Our pre-construction agreement is quite unique to the home building industry. At this stage, rather than expecting you to enter into a complete home design and construction contract with so many unknown variables still existing, we have developed an intermediary agreement that enables you to have less commitment and more freedom as we work toward a more thorough and accurate construction bid. The pre-construction agreement covers our efforts as we lead you through home site selection, new custom home design, trim and color selections, as well as initial permitting. Only after you have progressed through these decisions and selections can a truly accurate bid analysis be performed. The analysis will be followed by the presentation of our more comprehensive construction agreement.
